DOG GONE GOOD STEW

Cook 1/2 pound finely ground round meat in a cast iron pan. 

When just about tender add some chopped potatoes and carrots. 

If you want to season the stew add a little salt, not much.

If you want to use this with kibble you can make a little gravy by first dredging the meat in whole wheat flour and frying in a little oil. 

As you cook the stew, add water until a gravy forms. 

This is excellent way to get a fussy dog to eat his kibble. 

Spoon a little over the kibble and he will eat his dinner!
